Ever wanted to make your own podcast?
In this free introductory six-week course you’ll learn about making audio recordings, edit them together and creatively use other sounds in your audio piece. By the end of the course, you’ll create a mini podcast episode on a topic of your choice.
This free music technology course is for girls, young women, non-binary people and other marginalised genders aged 11-18 years old and living in Yorkshire. No experience is necessary and you don’t have to be able to play a musical instrument. You just need a mobile phone for recording, and a laptop or desktop computer to attend via Zoom, and carry out sound editing work.
Where, when and how?

- Tuesdays 6:00–7:30 pm for six consecutive weeks from 5th July to 9th August 2022
- Free, but booking is essential via the Yorkshire Sound Women Network website
