Amble Skuse‘s work is often improvisatory and usually involves some/all of voice, electric violin, cello, laptop and biosensors. To set the scene for her performance and audience discussion, the next instantiation of our installation continues to respond to the quietness (or otherwise) of the visitors in the space, but this time does so in a new venue (at Access Space). We are also wondering if having ‘Brenda’ (the head, listening) will help soften the resistance that some members of the audience feel towards interacting out loud…
